The DMK subterfuge

 It's often said that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, a political outfit in Southern India are Scientists in Corruption. This remark was made in the Sarkaria Commission report setup by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi after she dismissed the DMK govt in Tamilnadu.

While it's well known that Scams & DMK were bedfellows as DMK was the first political party to be convicted by Courts on the Chennai Municipal Corporation Muster Roll Scam. The Veeranaam fiasco, the Cooum Reclamation project, the disposal of govt owned Samayanallur Thermal Power Plant to a private party are some well known puddings of DMK.

But we will discuss how well & scientifically, the Dravidian politicians manipulated the people especially those in Tamilnadu here.

The forerunners to DMK were the filthy rich Justice Party run by non Brahmin forward communities like Chettiars, Pillais, Mudaliars, Nairs, Naickers, Reddys & so forth. Most of them were British educated and were slaves of the British Raj. Some like PT Rajan could hardly speak or write in Tamil and yet claimed as protectors of the Tamil language. PT Rajan was called தமிழ் வேல் meaning the Spear of Tamil ( thank You Lord Muruga). It's the descendants of this party who went on to start Dravida Kazhagam and later the DMK.

The party realised that due to the impact and propaganda of British, the roots of Tamils were shaky. They had no sense of their past and rather a self disdain had been imbibed due to the cultivated admiration for the white skin. When persons or people hate themselves they get to become easy gullible victims. So, DMK consciously or unconsciously, followed a process of feeding masses with poisons coated in sugar and succeeded.

Here are the steps used to hoodwink Tamilnadu 

Reciprocity: The DMK will be present at every family event of every family whether it's house warming, puberty function, weddings or funerals.

They will turn event into a political event by holding the PA system tenderly after praising the family to the sky. This will make the family indebted as the family was expected later to return the favor at the polling booth.

Sensationalism: At these events and elsewhere, DMK will make emotional appeals. They will make you feel guilty, stupid, fearful and insecure.

After clouding your judgement with word play backed by a hoarse voice, they will project themselves as panacea for all ills and evils. You will be hooked totally.

Gaslighting: They will touch your inner being by questioning your intelligence and your sanity. Will lower your self confidence, self esteem and perception of things.

They will paint a different reality and make you ashamed of your roots. They may present a fake but attractive alternative after having made you renounce or disconnect to the past.

Violent Presence: Trying to dominate debates and discussions by disarming opposition with personal slander, screaming, booing so any contrary perspective is totally blanked out.

The objective is to force their narrative. Media forced with carrot and stick policy or better still own the Media.

Repetition of Criticism: The idea is to force other's beg for their approval. Repeating lies to brainwash independent thoughts. No proof will be sought as people will be numbed or stay frustrated.

There's a term in Tamil. Playing politics. Politics converted into mind games to ignore governance for the people.

The Victim Card: They will play victims of a 5000 year conspiracy, the Central Government, some communities, etc. All to gain sympathy and fool you totally.

The solution they will claim will be related to you and your family. They will manipulate to get from you what they want. The true victim will be you.

Distortion of Facts: Distort facts and history blatantly to fit your goal of victimising people. Interpret other language texts through translations based on another translation and make claims to divide, hurt, please people.

The goal is to mislead and create a crisis where things go out of control. Use universities and media by sponsoring them. Repetition of lies will help marketing the idea.

Devaluation: What better way to control people than by questioning their past, making them feel ashamed and feel worthless.

Demeaning heritage, twisting of traditions as backward values will lead to admiration of the new narrative. The British mastered it fuelled by Max Mueller and Robert Caldwell. 

Belittling people as incompetent, inefficient and unintelligent will have wild repercussions elsewhere. In Tamilnadu, it's was like injecting smoothly into a banana, as they say.

These eight steps have been effectively used to brainwash Tamilnadu by Dravidian Politicians. The losers are the people.
