Articles 25, 28, 29, 30 of Indian Constitution, needs removal or amendments. Because they are either not followed in their true spirit or are twisted against majority Hindus making them inequals.
What are these articles about?
Article 25 mandates that subject to public order, morality and health, all persons enjoy the freedom of conscience and have the right to entertain any religious belief and propagate it.
Article 28 stipulates that
(1) No religion instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly maintained out of State funds (2) Nothing in clause ( 1 ) shall apply to an educational institution which is administered by the State but has been established under any endowment or trust which requires that religious instruction shall be imparted in such institution (3) No person attending any educational institution recognised by the State or receiving aid out of State funds shall be required to take part in any religious instruction that may be imparted in such institution or to attend any religious worship that may be conducted in such institution or in any premises attached thereto unless such person or, if such person is a minor, his guardian has given his consent thereto Cultural and Educational Rights
Article 29 protects the interests of the minorities by making a provision that any citizen / section of citizens having a distinct language, script or culture have the right to conserve the same. Article 29 mandates that no discrimination would be done on the ground of religion, race, caste, language or any of them.
Article 30 upholds the right of the minorities “to establish and administer educational institutions.” ... It states that the government shall not discriminate against any educational institution run by religious or linguistic minority while granting aid.
Article 30 of Indian Constitution is biased. There exists clearly a discrimination against Hindus. Every Hindu must read and understand. Unless you wake up, your children will continue to suffer inequality suffered during last nine hundred years.
The Hindus are constantly under attack and treated as second class citizens. Both by Politicians and by Liberal Lutyens media. Secular forces are undermining the heritage and doing whatever they can to nullify hindus as Zero entities in India. Do you realise?
According to Constitution, Hindus cannot run their education institutes as freely as minorities. They cannot teach their related religious subjects like Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, etc. Whereas, minorities like Muslims and Christians are free to teach religious subjects like Quran, Bilble etc.
Hindus cannot run and control their own religious organization like temples. Government controls Hindu religious organizations, temples etc. While same stringent conditions are not applied to minorities who run, control and manage their religious organizations.
Government imposes tax on Hindus temple revenue but gives financial aid to minority religious organizations like mosques, churches, etc which receive extensive foreign funding. Government also uses Hindu Temple revenue for benefit of Minorities and does not use it for propagation of Hinduism. Government gives aid to Madrassas, but same not extended to Sanskrit Veda Padasalas and other Hindus religious institutions.
Indian Constitution is extremely biased against Hindus. In India, minorities are given special and extra benefits and facilities compared to Hindus. Hindus are clearly and unmistakably discriminated against. One Prime Minister declared that Muslims have the first right to resources in India. While minorities are favoured with extensive freebies, Hindus are discriminated openly.
India is the only country in the world where majority community is discriminated and treated badly. Due to vote bank politics and policies of political parties. Blame Hindus too for their divisions and inability to unite as vote bank. Hindus are ignored, their divisions exploited but minorities desire more exclusive privileges and preferences.
Behold India, the only Secular Country in the world where:
1. Quran can be taught in Government schools. But strict no to Vedas and Gita.
2. Pilgrims taxed during Amarnath Yatra but for Haj, one gets a subsidy. Mansarovar yatra receives token support but the numbers are too few.
3. There are four hostels exclusively for Muslims in Calcutta University on Government expenditure, but no such hostel for the Hindus.
4. Muslims girls on passing board exam get Government scholarship, but no to Hindu girls.
5. Muslim students get monetary benefit on obtaining 50% marks in Primary education level, but Hindu students don't get the benefit even on scoring 95% marks.
6. There are arrangements for special interest free loans for Muslims, none any such for Hindus.
7. Temples pay taxes on their income, but no mosques or churches need to pay tax on their income including foreign remittances in millions of dollars.
8. If one fights for the cause of protection of dogs, cats, goats or other animals, one becomes an animal lover. But if one took up the cause for protection of cows, one is branded communal. Sheer contempt for hindu values.
9. Sikular Politicians and Media will call it communal if anyone chants Bharat Mata ki Jai. But if you chant Pakistan Zindabad openly on the streets, you are hailed a Liberal and it's your rightful freedom of speech.
10. MF Hussain can draw nude pictures of Goddess Saraswati, communists can call Goddess Durga a sex worker, Chennai Loyola College can exhibit Vulgar pictures of hindu Gods because they are Secular. But if any word against Prophet Muhammad, invites riots. Intolerant Hindus.
11. Hindus who pray to all Gods mindless of religion, who adopted Muslim Shirdi Sai Baba as one of their Saints, who throng Velanganni Church are narrow and divisive. But those who believe in Abrahamic faiths and those who abuse Hindu Gods are considered peace loving.
12. Belief in any Hindu practices is superstition and stone age but belief in other religious practices are scientific and high funda.
13. A Mullah in Tamilnadu gets a monthly salary of Rs 20000 while the temple priest receives less than Rs 5000.
14. Hindu Leaders accused of criminality are arrested immediately and sent to jail. No such worries for Bishops, Pastors, Mullahs etc. They have political support and can be free.
15. Whether it's Dalits or Brahmins, they are pitted against one another since arrival of foreign invaders. The division within Hinduism benefits other religions and Hindu baiting Seculars. Eschew caste and unite under Dharma.
16. Dravidian parties in their manifesto propose to give away temple lands to encroachers. Same manifestos promise to retrieve Wakf lands to Muslims. Blatant inequality,
Let's unite and vow to stop this discrimination against Hindus and force the Govt to bring amendments to the constitution. Jaihind.
