Like the Congress Party that imitated the Colonial British in misusing Govt machineries and institutions, #CBI continues to be an instrument of subterfuge for governments. The credibility suffered when Indira Ghandy misused it to threaten opposition and governments run by opposition.  CBI is a master of running errands for politicians.
